Training, from the Inside Out
Day two began with an intensive training session at the Ecorobotix factory. We dove deep into the machine, especially the camera boxes, the core of the spotsprayer. Through a series of tailored workshops, we explored how to recognise issues in the field and troubleshoot them effectively. A fully operational demo setup allowed us to see real-time effects and solutions, making the sessions both practical and interactive.
Behind the Scenes
After five hours of hands-on training, we were invited for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour. From product development and marketing to customer service, each department opened its doors to give us a closer look. It was inspiring to see how all parts of the organisation contribute to the success of the Ecorobotix system. The team was welcoming, open to questions, and eager to share their knowledge, leading to valuable conversations and new perspectives.
We were especially impressed by the efficiency of the factory floor and the craftsmanship that goes into assembling each spotsprayer. The day wrapped up with an informal drink with the entire service team — a highlight for many of us. After countless hours on the phone with these team members, it was great to put faces to voices and reconnect in person.
On the Way Back — Sharing What We Learned
Even the journey home had its purpose: we shared some of our freshly gained knowledge by visiting a EcoRobotix user who was gearing up with the spotsprayer in the field.
A Trip to Remember
To conclude, it was a trip full of learning, laughter, and team spirit. We returned not only closer as a team but also better equipped — with new skills and ideas.
